    Since a little before the beginning of the school year (I’m in high school) I have been depressed constantly. I cry all the time and don’t feel good about anything anymore. Everything I used to enjoy makes me unhappy and I just feel sad all the time and bad about myself.
    I feel like even if I feel better and get through school whats the point in all this?
    I’m not going to do anything crazy like kill or hurt myself but I hate my life right now and don’t know what to do to feel better.
    My friend said I should see someone but my parents and I havn’t gotten along in a while and I don;t want to confront them about this.
    Any advice of on how to help myself feel better?
    (Thank God I live a good life so please don’t stay I’m ungrateful about life or something I appreciate the things I have but can’t help feeling hopeless and unhappy right now…)

    Also:I don’t really have anyone to talk to- My best friend lives in a different country so we can’t talk on a daily basis because of the time difference. My friends at school aren’t close friends that I could confront to about these things.
    I’m also constantly nauseous, does this have anything to do with how I’m feeling and constant crying?

    school is a big stress machine on me but i dont think that it is all school, there seems to be something else……. i have lost interst in mostly everything i like and i cant seem to be happy anymore. i was wondering if it was any kind of medicine i took that might be messing my thoughts up. the last time i have taken any prescription drugs or anything medicine like was like 7 months ago. i was hoping my birthday would make me happy today but…………… it didnt. is there something wrong with me?
    i have only taken the normal known medicines like nyquil for soar thoats and stuff. also a prescription drug for stimulating organ function (for bladder prob) that all i have taken in the past 7 months.

    im scared for me
    i use to cut myself from being sad and because of family problems but i had stop but sometimes i just stay stuck stairing at something very depressed
    and i been missing school when i only go to school once a week and plus i ALWAYS do my hw last min and dat stresses me out so i dont go and i feel terrible

    for the past 2 weeks i have been very moody. swinging into depression and sadness. it all started 2 weeks ago. wreaked my car and hurt myself. i have been very depressed feeling like something s holding me down. i have been getting into petty fights with my girlfriend and i leave the house less and less. last monday my gf grandfather passed away and i have not seen her in a week. since then we have had 3 fights. we never fought b4 2 weeks ago. the only time im happy is when i see her. could my depression be related to missing my girlfriend. i have beeing very rude and inconsiderate lately and feel alittle angry but i cant figure out y i feel this way i have no reason too. i have a decent job, a beautiful gf that loves me, a supportive family. please help me i feel like im building a wall in my relationship and i cant lose that
    my injury is not serious i just have whiplash. i have been getting headaches everyday since. i have not been able to see my girlfriend as much do to this and her grandfather passing away. i have tried many hobbies to try to find something to do when she is not around but nothing satisfies me i get too involved and then i don’t text her and it pushes me farther apart . with my job i can only see her 2-3 days a week if her schedule don’t conflict
